No Guilt Chocolate Chip Cookies

When you have a sweet tooth and you do not satisfy it, it can cause some problems.  It could cause you to over eat things that are truly bad for you. It could mess up your trend of changing your eating habits that has switched to eating more healthier.  And I have read it could cause you to binge out. 

Often we just need that little something extra that can satisfy our cravings and still be a little healthier. These cookies are actually healthy and truly satisfy the sweet craving.

No Guilt Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/4 cup Flax seed meal
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup Brown Sugar Splenda (new item)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 No Eggs 
(2 teaspoons powder-4 tablespoons Water)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Pinch pink salt
2 1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
3/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Mix the ingredients together but do not over mix.  Use a small scoop and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.  Flatten and bake for 12 minutes on 350 degrees.

This recipe using the small scoop will yield 40 small cookies.

Patrick, we try not to post anything that has a carb count of higher than 15 grams per serving.
